The Projector Affiliate Membership
All Affiliates must enroll in a Membership
The Projector Affiliate Membership is designed to give you the tools and resources to make Projector’s Modern Archive part of the services you offer your customers.
At the heart of the membership are your included Projector Year customer accounts.
Each membership tier includes a set number of Projector Year customer accounts at a preferred member rate. These accounts allow you to provide your customers with a full year of Projector as part of their archiving experience – giving them a place to preserve, organize, enjoy, share, and continue building their family’s memories. Think of these Projector Year customer accounts as your Projector inventory. You decide how to use them and what to charge your customers.
The Projector Year customer accounts also create an opportunity for you to build an ongoing relationship with your customers.
As your customers continue adding to their archive, you can continue helping them with their projects throughout the year and beyond.
Your membership also includes additional benefits, resources, and support designed to help you successfully offer Projector and grow this part of your business.
First, let’s look at the Projector account options and how they fit into the Affiliate Membership Program.
Projector Account Options
Outside of the affiliate membership, Projector offers customers three account options: Annual, Lifetime, and Monthly, giving customers flexibility in how they maintain and continue building their Modern Archive. Here’s how each option fits into the Affiliate Membership Program:
- Annual — Projector Year
Annual customer accounts are provided to you as part of your affiliate membership and are referred to as Projector Year. These included customer accounts give your customers full access to Projector for one year, allowing them to build and enjoy their archive throughout the year. Each membership tier includes a different number of Projector Year customer accounts. Choose the membership level that best fits your business and the number of Projector Year customer accounts you expect to sell. - Lifetime — One-Time Payment
A Lifetime Account is a one-time purchase that gives the customer ongoing access to Projector with no recurring subscription payments. Affiliates can offer Lifetime customer accounts at a discounted price based on their membership tier. - Monthly — Flexible Access
Monthly Accounts give customers the flexibility to pay month-to-month. Monthly customer accounts are not discounted through any affiliate membership tier.
Customer Projector Year Account Payments & Renewals
- Project Year
You do not need to collect or provide your customer’s payment method when setting up and delivering an included Projector Year account. If you charge your customer for their Projector account as part of their project, that payment is handled directly by you as part of your own customer transaction. The customer’s payment method for future Projector renewal is separate and is added to their Projector account when they set it up. The customer will not be charged by Projector during their included Projector Year.
- Projector Anniversary
At the end of the year, the customer’s Projector Anniversary marks the beginning of another year of preserving, enjoying, and building their Projector Archive. Their account will automatically renew using the payment method on file unless they choose to cancel.

Membership Guidelines
Projector Year Account Rollover
Unused Projector Year accounts roll over into your next membership year.
As long as you maintain an active annual membership, your unused accounts remain available for you to use, giving you more flexibility and helping you get the most from your membership.
The value you invest in your membership continues to support your business, allowing you to grow at your own pace, your own way.
Grow at Your Own Pace: Upgrading your Membership Tier
Your business isn’t standing still, and your membership doesn’t have to either.
As your customer volume grows, you can upgrade to the next membership tier at any time. We’ll simply pro-rate your membership, making it easy to move up when you’re ready without losing the value of what you’ve already invested.
Residual Commissions
Affiliates earn a 15% residual commission on all renewals of their included Projector Year accounts. An active affiliate membership is required to receive commissions. Commissions are paid monthly on the 25th for renewals made during the previous month.

Choosing a Membership Tier & Signing up
Once you have signed up as an Affiliate, it’s time to enroll in the Membership.
Log in to your Projector Account:
- Go to projectorstream.com
- Go to Login and then sign in to your account
- Click on your profile image > Affiliate Program
You will see the Activate Membership screen. Click on “Reactivate membership”
You will see the Choose Your Membership screen. Select your plan.
You will see the payment screen. Choose your payment method.
Affiliate Program Portal
Accessing the Affiliate Portal
Once you are enrolled as an Affiliate in the Membership Program, you will have access to the Affiliate Program Portal. Affiliate Program has replaced User Management.
Log in to your Projector Account:
- Go to projectorstream.com
- Go to Login and then sign in to your account
- Click on your profile image > Affiliate Program
Your Affiliate Program Portal will show & track your Membership details, including:
- Included Projector Year customer accounts – these show as “Premium”
- Additional Projector Year customer accounts sold at your membership tier discount if applicable – these show as “Premium”
- Lifetime customer accounts sold at your membership tier discount if applicable
